Can I Upload DJ Mixes or Remixes?

Unless consent is obtained from all relevant parties, songs containing uncleared samples cannot be uploaded.

You may upload remixes of your own songs. However, if the remix is of another artist's song or includes segments of another artist's original music, permission is required by the artist for streaming services.

If you are remixing your own song...

...You don't need to give yourself credit as a remixer. Simply add "Remix" to version information. Here's how to do it with the upload form:

In the section titled Add "version" info to song title?, provide the suitable version information. In this case, select "Other" and enter "Remix"

If you are uploading your self-remixed songs by a remixing artist...

... You only need to assign a collaborator under the "Remixer" role, with no need to add version info. Here’s how to do it on the upload form:

For the part named Add featured artist to song title, select "Yes" and choose the artist's role, which would be "Remixer" in this scenario. Insert the name of the Remixing artist beside the role of the artist.
