Where is My Withdrawal?
Great news! You've made some earnings! As always, Jumpstr gathers earnings from the sales/streams on the platforms you chose for distribution. We then pass on 100% of those earnings to you, after deducting any necessary banking fees, applicable taxes, and cover licenses.
So, how do you receive those earnings?
- After your earnings are visible, add you bank details in the payment details screen
Next, to withdraw your earnings, visit your Jumpstr bank.
All funds shown under the 'We Owe You' section in your Jumpstr bank account will be sent upon your request.
Within 14 days, the funds will be transferred to the payout method you configured.
"I've completed all these steps but I haven't received my withdrawal!"
- Verify if the withdrawal process is complete. This could take up to 14 days based on the payout method you chose. If it's still pending, the status will reflect as such.
If the withdrawal process is completed, it will be listed under See All Withdrawals.
"The status says my withdrawal was completed, but I'm yet to receive it after 14 days!"
- If your payment was rejected and consequently returned by your bank, you will receive an email notification about such a rejection. The funds will then be refunded to your Jumpstr bank account (minus fees) within a few weeks, and you can make another withdrawal request!
- If you find a withdrawal missing, please provide us with the date and amount of the withdrawal and our team will offer assistance by providing as much information as possible about the rejection and help you track your withdrawal request.
