Why is my artwork is not accepted?
Step-by-Step Guide to Troubleshoot Artwork Upload Issues on Jumpstr
-
Verify the image dimensions
Ensure your artwork meets the minimum size requirements of 1000 x 1000 pixels. Here is how you can check the dimensions:
- Right-click on your image file and select 'Properties' (Windows) or 'Get Info' (Mac).
-
Navigate to the 'Details' tab (Windows) or 'More Info' section (Mac) to view the dimensions of the image.
- Check the filetype
- Make sure your image is in an accepted file format: jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp, or tiff. To check the file type:
-
Look at the file extension in the file's name or properties/details window that you used in step 1.
- File conversion or resizing
- If your file does not meet the criteria for dimensions or file type, use a converter to modify it. You can use IMG2GO to do this. Here's how:
- Visit the webpage: https://www.img2go.com/resize-image.
- Click on “Choose File” to upload your artwork.
- To resize the image, enter the desired width and height (minimum 1000 x 1000 pixels) in the respective fields.
- To convert the file type, select the desired format from the drop-down list. We recommend .PNG
- Set DPI to 300
- Click "Start" to initiate the conversion or resizing process.
-
Once completed, download the modified image file.
Additional Tips:
- Always keep an original copy of your artwork before making changes.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable to prevent upload disruptions.
