How to Pitch Music to Spotify, Apple, and Independent Curators?

At this time, Jumpstr doesn’t offer built-in playlist pitching — but don’t worry! You can still pitch your songs directly to curators and platforms on your own.

Here’s how you can do it:

Spotify (for Artists):

Once your music is uploaded and scheduled with a future release date, you can log into Spotify for Artists and submit your track for editorial playlist consideration — but it must be pitched before release day.

Amazon Music:

Amazon Music also operates an artist platform, where you can pitch your music!

Apple Music & Others:

While Apple Music doesn’t currently offer a public pitching process, you can still grow through algorithmic and user-created playlists by driving early streams and engagement.

Independent Playlist Curators:

You can also research and submit your music to independent curators via:

  • SubmitHub
  • Groover
  • Daily Playlists

    Soundplate

Quick Tips:

  • Schedule your release at least 2 weeks in advance to give time for playlist pitching.
  • Fill out your metadata properly — genre, mood, language, and artist info all matter!
  • Focus on organic engagement: shares, saves, and steady streams help songs stand out.
