Jumpstr recognizes how important it is to receive your royalties easily and quickly. Our withdrawal and payment process aims to get you paid as quickly as possible without any hassle.

That's great news because you're now eligible to perform a Withdrawal request. Simply click on the Withdrawal button. This registers your payment in the financial systems.
Your Wallet shows less than EUR 10. Why can't I click on Withdrawal?
You need to pass the EUR 10 payment threshold to request a Withdrawal.
Payment Processing
Here's what happens next! Our team will review your payment request. If everything looks good on our end, the finance team verifies the request, registers it via our payment system, and approves the payment. This process takes 7 to 14 business days from start to finish! At the end of this period, you should receive the payment in your bank account. Small delays may occur at times of higher volumes of requests or around holidays.

Why does the payment request show deductions?
You keep 100% of your royalties earned from the Stores, with the exception of any third party aggregator fees as well as applicable taxes due from you by law and any payment and banking fees incurred, as well as any amounts to cover any costs related to the handling of money and payments on your behalf. You are to every extent responsible for paying any other rights holders (producer, featured artist etc.) that you might have and any applicable taxes according to the tax laws of your country.
The money I received via my bank isn't the same as the deducted payment. Why is that?
Non-IBAN and non-SEPA accounts can be subject to additional fees from your bank. Jumpstr can't affect whether your bank imposes such fees. Make sure to get in touch with your bank if you need more info about their fees.
