When and how do I get paid?

Jumpstr makes it simple to collect your earnings and get paid in just a few steps.

1. Add your bank details

Head over to your Profile Settings and enter your bank account information (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, and optionally PayPal or tax info). Make sure everything is accurate—we might need to verify it before payouts can happen. If you live outside of Europe or in a region that does not use the IBAN system, reach out to your bank for equivalent international payment information.

2. Wait for streaming & sales reports

Jumpstr collects monthly reports from platforms like Spotify and others. These reports typically reflect sales and streaming activity from 6 months ago, allowing time for processing and returns.

3. Check your Wallet

Once your earnings are processed, they’ll appear in your Wallet section. If you haven’t released anything yet, you’ll see a “No releases found” message—no worries, that just means it’s time to upload your first track!

4. Request your payout

When you're ready, just send us a withdrawal request directly in the Wallet. Our team processes requests swiftly—usually within 1 to 14 days.
