Switching to Jumpstr from Another Distributor

Switching to Jumpstr is simple, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

How to switch:

• Sign up and upload your release

  Create a Jumpstr account at app.jumpstr.io and upload your music just like you would for any new release. Be sure the metadata (artist name, track titles) matches your previous release to avoid duplication on streaming platforms.

• Schedule the release date

  Set a release date at least 7–10 days in the future to give enough time for processing and platform delivery.

• Request takedown from your current distributor

  To avoid verification issues and potential restrictions, please ensure that the content is fully taken down by your previous distributor before uploading it to Jumpstr. Uploads of duplicate content may be rejected unless the takedown is confirmed in advance.
