How to Remove or Replace a Live Release?

Whether you need to remove a release from platforms? Jumpstr has your back.

Taking Down a Release

If you need to remove your music from stores (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.):

• Go to the Releases tab

• Click on the release you want to remove

• Hit the big red Takedown button on the top right

That’s it — we’ll start the removal process, and your music will be taken down from all platforms shortly. 

Want to Update Something?

Once the release goes live, you can use the Update Feature to make changes to the audio, artwork, or metadata. Click on Edit Album, make the changes you want and finish this off by publishing the changes! 

Quick Tip: Double-check your metadata, artwork, and audio before you hit publish — it’ll save you time later!
