How to Permanently Delete Your Jumpstr Account?

If you decide to move on from Jumpstr, you can permanently delete your account in just a few steps.

1. Head over to your Profile Settings.
2. Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom.
3. Click the red Delete Account button.
4. A confirmation window will pop up — just enter your password to confirm.

Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your releases, data, and earnings. This can’t be undone, so make sure to download anything you'd like to keep before proceeding.
