My upload is stuck — what do I do?

If your upload isn’t going through, don’t worry — it happens sometimes, and it's usually an easy fix. Here’s what to try:


 Quick things to check:

  • Internet connection: Make sure your connection is stable and not timing out during upload.
  • File size & format:
    • Audio: WAV, MP3, M4A, FLAC, AIFF — between 30 seconds and 15 minutes
    • Artwork: PNG, 3000x3000px, no logos, URLs, or blurry images
  • Browser issues: Try refreshing the page or switching to a different browser like Chrome or Safari.
  • Start over: If nothing helps, cancel the upload and re-select your files to begin again.
